Porta di Roma Shopping Center

Porta di Roma is one of the most significant structures of its kind in Europe.

The commercial complex is laid out over three levels: the large storefront gallery, the section occupied by Ikea, and the last, which houses Leroy-Merlin.

These three building units are arranged around three squares, each at a different height, which, like the building units, are directly connected to two levels of underground parking, with 7,000 parking spaces spread over 230,000 square meters.

Inside the Shopping Mall, with its 150,000 sqm of space and over 230 businesses, including a 15,000 sqm superstore, there is also a Movie Complex, with 14 theaters and 2,500 seats, that stands out from the rest of the galleria thanks to its façade made entirely of glass.

The totality of the building complex was carried out by Lamaro Appalti S.p.A. as general contractor in association with Parsitalia S.p.A.
