Built in 1466 by Giorgio Castriota, the Albanian Prince and King of Epirus also known as Scanderbeg, Palazzo Scanderbeg is located in the historic center of Rome near the Trevi Fountain.

It consists of five floors above ground, and one below ground, terraces and interior courtyards.

Lamaro Appalti laid out the plans for and executed the restoration and interior design under the guidance of the superintendence of historic buildings to create a luxury townhouse with 7 apartments and 4 suites, completed with the highest quality of Italian furniture and décor.

Purposes and methods of processing

All data that has already been obtained by Lamaro Appalti S.p.A, or which will later be communicated to or acquired by the latter, will be treated for contract performance as well as administrative, statistical, commercial, credit protection and management purposes and to meet legal requirements. Such data will be treated partly on paper and partly by digital means, in accordance with the safety measures required by LD 196/2003 itself, and treatment will be based on the principles of propriety, lawfulness and transparency to ensure protection of the concerned party’s privacy and rights.

 

Compulsory nature of data provision and consequences of refusal

Data provision is mandatory. The unavailability of data that is relevant to a proper and complete execution of activities can make contract performance more difficult and expensive, and, in some instances, impossible. By signing the present contract, the interested party consents to Lamaro Appalti S.p.A. processing their data for the purposes indicated above.

 

Entities to which the data may be transferred - scope of disclosure

The data may be transferred to companies, bodies, consortia, banks, organisations and professionals operating in Italy and in EU member states for the purposes stated above. Data subject’s rights

In regard to the present processing of personal data, in accordance with Art. 7:

1. The interested party has the right to obtain a confirmation as to whether personal data related to them exists, even if not yet recorded, and to their communication in intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain information as to:
a. the source of the personal data;
b. the purposes and methods of the processing;
c. the rationale behind the processing in case the data is handled electronically;
d. the data controller, processors and appointed representative’s identification details according to Article 5, section 2;
e. the subject or categories of subjects to whom the data may be disclosed or who could become acquainted with them in their capacity of appointed representatives in the State territory, managers or processors.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a. the update, correction or, when interested, integration of the data;
b. the cancellation, anonymisation or blocking of data that has been processed unlawfully, including data whose storage isn’t necessary to the purpose for which it was collected or later treated;
c. the confirmation that procedures referred to in points a) and b) have been made known, included their content, to the subjects to whom the data was transferred or disclosed, except where this proves impossible to achieve or results in the use of means that are clearly disproportionate to the rights being protected.

4. The interested party has the right to object, fully or partially:
a. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, albeit relevant to the purpose of collection;
b. to the processing of personal data concerning them, should it be used for the purpose of sending them advertising material, for direct selling, market research or business communication.

Il Modello Organizzativo di Lamaro Appalti S.p.A. Unipersonale è composto dalle seguenti parti:

  • Parte generale: comprende una disamina della disciplina contenuta nel D.lgs. 231/01 e costituisce le linee guida che descrivono il processo di adozione del Modello da parte della Società, i destinatari del modello, l’Organismo di Vigilanza, il sistema sanzionatorio a presidio delle violazioni e la formazione del personale;
     
  • Mappa delle aree sensibili della Società;
     
  • Parti Speciali: sono le parti (o gli allegati) in cui vengono individuate le singole tipologie dei reati presupposto e in relazioni ad essi vengono previste le misure di presidio e mitigazione degli illeciti adottate dalle Società;
     
  • Codice Etico: racchiude tutte le norme di comportamento e buon senso idonee a garantire l’esercizio delle attività aziendali nel rispetto delle leggi e del predetto decreto e l’integrità del patrimonio aziendale.
